It all began with an idea and a sandwich in hand!

We met working together at Fenway Park in Boston. Yes, the historical landmark with the overpriced beer and famous hot dogs. We quickly realized we both had an undying love for the industry, sandwiches and craft beer. On our rare days off together, we visited many breweries across New England and ate many sandwiches on the drives. It wasn’t until Spring of 2019 that we decided to leave the cushy, corporate jobs and luxury apartment living and move to Vacationland.

I grew up in Central Maine, and Pete grew up in VT so we are no stranger to what New England’s four seasons has to offer. When I found our first location on Saco Avenue in February 2019, I signed the lease. I then asked Pete if he really was committed to moving and opening a business together. Fortunately for me, he said yes. We opened June 2019, right before the pandemic. Through a lot of trial and error, a fiercely loyal customer base, and some of the longest days of our lives, we made it. Three and half years later we have outgrown our first space, and moved directly into the hustle and bustle of what makes Old Orchard tick.

Our goal has always been to provide the best products we can at affordable prices. Sometimes the latter is out of our hands, but we do our best to source the best quality ingredients this state has to offer. We take pride in making as much as we can in house to bring a uniqueness to our menu. We love meeting people that love our little town as much as we do and we can’t wait to see you from behind the counter!
